When I am trying to go the my Jira website, i can t see anything, and only a message appears saying : 'an error occured'. I tried to connec with differents browsers, but it s still the same. My coworkers manage to connect and to see all the tasks.
Hello @Marianne LEFLOND ,
Since your coworkers are able to access the content and this is isolated to your account, it seems like there is either a issues with permissions, or the local system.
Permission wise, have a site admin account log in and make sure that your account has Product Access to the project types that exist, as an example if you only have Jira Core access, but only Software and service desk projects exist. Also have the admin verify that your account has the "Browse Project" permission on the projects you're trying to access.
As Local system goes, you noted that you already tried connecting with different browsers, and thats a great check, I would also recomend trying to log into your account from your coworkers system to see if it is local to your machine, as there could be something on the local system causing the block. Also, check out the "Indispensable tests" section in the following KB that can help isolate these issues, it mentions a few of the items already noted but has a few more checks that can help as well:
While you are checking this out also open up your browsers development tools and check the javascript console output when the error is triggered to see if there are any explicit errors noted that can narrow this down further as well.
Let me know what you find.
Regards,
Earl
The problem has been solved, thank you. The admin of the site reconfigured it.
