Amending 'closed request' filter in the help center portal

Hi there,

Is there any way to amend the 'closed requests' filter option in the help center portal?

My customer would like this filter to display all DONE tickets (which have been actioned and completed on our end), but when they select this filter, nothing shows?

Is there a way round this?
