Am not able to create a sample project using create project option

I have signup for Atlassian and i could able to create SPACE only . The project creation option is not available. Am not able to find Create project or + sign  or projects in left side bar.

Space = Project

Some time ago Atlassian renamed the term Project to Space  to align with terminology across products, so creating a space is what you want:
