Am I crazy or Jira got rid of reply button to a specific comment?

I can't find reply button to specific comment in an issue! Where it's gone?

Hmmm, I don't recall seeing a reply to a comment button in cloud. Not saying it wasn't there before, just that I don't recall seeing. I wonder if maybe this was on server? When/where did you see previously. You can certainly add a comment where a reply can go. You can also use emojis/likes for comments.
