Always defaults to filter 'Jira Software projects'

When I login, the view all projects screen alwatys defaults to filter for only 'jira software' projects. 

I want to see them all, how do I turn off the default filter

Screen clip below. I don't want 'Jira Software' there ever. I thought it was just my account, but it is global.
