Allow anonymous access to create and view issues

Hello.

I would like anyone in our organisation to be able to create, view and comment on issues on a project. I wish to do this to reduce the amount of user licences we need as an organisation.

I have looked into the above article however i only get the option "Public" in the groups. If i was to mark this as public how do i then direct users to the correct place on Jira to Create the issues initially? 

Linking them to the project URL seems to still require sign in

Hi @Helen Clements ,

At present, anonymous users can access and browse Issues, but cannot create Issues, right?
