Hi, all projects have disappeared from our Jira (which is on Free). We use this every working day so I'm at loss as to where they have all gone. Can anyone advise how to find or re-activate them?
Thanks.
It is strange that you have activity and something was removed. According to this information it should give you 120 days until it is deleted
Maybe they landed in Trash?

Could you (or site admin) check?
Yes, they were all in the Trash as an admin had not logged in for over 120 days. I have made a more regular use the admin and restored the trashed project.
Thank you very much @Mirek

Hi @Sophie.Eames and welcome,
For how long did you use Jira now?
When a Jira Standard Trial expires some permissions are changed. Maybe you had a Trial running unknowingly? Are you the site-admin and do you have access to your jira-administration page? Maybe that's causing Issues on a permission basis.
Kind regards,
Simon

I've used it a few months. The issue in the end was lack of admin activity. Other people were using it but not admins. Thank you for your help.
