Is your Done column the right-most column in your board? Only the right mouse column is considered complete in Jira scrum boards. So when completing a sprint any issues not in the right most column will be considered incomplete and moved back to the backlog.

The user stories which are already completed (done) in previous sprints should not be shown in current sprint "done" column. One things i must mention, till previous sprint we worked on Kanban way, is that the reason.

  1. Is the Done column the right-most column? They must be. Share a screenshot if you like.
  2. if so then we're these issues in the done column when the first sprint was closed.
  3. if so then they should not show in the subsequent sprint.
