The 'Done' or resolved issues still remain. This happened following the addition of a new issue type. These all appear in lists and filters, however, the board is wiped clean. I had tried to create a new workflow to solve the problem, but it doesn't work.
Upon searching for a solution, I continue to see that I need to re-index my information. The problem is there is no option for indexing available. Even though I am the ORG ADM, and have access to all administrative features.
Maybe an update or something happened, but it miraculously corrected itself.
My board seems to be functioning fine now.
Thanks.
@gina the team has looked into this (thx @Gorkem Kinik !) and we believe it might be related to the workflow configuration. Could you please ensure all issues are associated with the same workflow?
If this doesn't help, would you be able to please open a support ticket and we can take it from there? thx!

No Luck!
I just went back through and created a brand new workflow and scheme, ensuring all types were associated. Then I Associated the new scheme with this project.
No change. I will submit a ticket.

@Gina Lahendro can you please clarify if you're using a business project or a software project? if a business project, do you see the issues in other views other than the boards (list, timeline, calendar)?

Business Project -
Yes, I see all issues when viewing Timeline or Lists or searching with Filters.
Only when trying to view the board, do they disappear.

You don't need indexing in Cloud, I suspect something else has changed.
Start with a look at the board filter - does it return the issues you expect to see when you try pasting it in the issue search? (Just want to re-check this, you need to use the exact filter)
Next check the board settings, especially the column definition - are all your status mapped into columns?

No- Changing filters in the board does not return the cards I should see.
Yes- Each column showing is from our Statuses.

No, not changing the board filters - replicating the filter in the issue search? Does that find the "missing" issues?
For the columns, sorry, I may not be reading that right, can you confirm that you have no status in the "unmapped" area of the column config? All status are in a column?

If I am understanding your question correctly -
When trying to search for issues using filters, yes they do appear.
As for my Status, All of my statuses appear in column form. None are missing, or not configured.

The only one still remaining in the Open column was created differently from the rest.
That one was created by completing a form.
