I've been taking "Agile with Atlassian Jira" course and it's a very helpful and informative course but I'm not sure if I can map it to PDUs to report it to renew my PMI-ACP certificate so I was wondering if you have some sort of a mapping that maps it to the talent triangle legs.
I had the same question when I took the course. You can track the PDUs manually in your PMI dashboard, just choose the appropriate category and enter the course details. I used https://www.subsmart.in/product/coursera-plus-1-year/ to get access for a year since it had a lower rate than what I saw on the main site. Worked smoothly for me and covered this course along with others I was planning.
Welcome to community. Are you the admin of your instance? If so jira I’d highly customizable and you would make this kind of configuration how you see fit. If you aren’t however every instance is different and has different rules. You would want to talk to your admin and present your problem and what you are trying to accomplish. And they can let you know if the jira instance you use can accomadate what you are trying to do. While jira itself probably can the use cases within a company are up to the admin team in order to create a scalable product.
best,

My question is not about a Jira instance but about the Jira course provided by Atlassian on Coursera
