I am trying to install Agile Tools & Filters for Jira Software in my jira sprint canban boad to sorrt issue with labels. However I am don't have clue that what is discriptor url because of which I can not install the app in my jira. Can some one tell me what is descriptor url for the app while installing.

The descriptor url is the url of the app you are trying to install. 

How are you trying to do this "install"?
