After upgrading to Jira Core 7.3.1, the JIRA service will not run when using SSL.

After upgrading to Jira Core 7.3.1, the JIRA service will not run when using SSL.

I am using the same jks file and configuration settings in config.bat as in the previous version (7.2.4), but after selecting HTTP and HTTPS (redirect HTTP to HTTPS), the JIRA service fails to start and it lists errors like:

SEVERE [Catalina-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.startInternal A child container failed during start
java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[]]

What can I do to get HTTPS working again?
