I think there is a compatibility problem with some plugins. Did you update them also after upgrade?

Overall first of all please check if this is affecting only you or also other users. Later please check if the same error is on different browsers. Then you would see if this is a browser or application issue. In both situations I suggest sunning browser/JIRA in safe mode (without any plugins). That should give you a clue (if helps). Then finding the affecting plugins should be easy (one by one).

Hello Mirek!

The upgrade happened last Wednesday. Afterwards JIRA was working, with up-to-date plugins. On Friday a new version of the support tools plugin was advertised and then installed.

On MS Windows 10 FireFox and Edge show the same bahviour. Since I consider Edge as sub standard it has no add-ons, at least none.

According to atlassian-jira.log JIRA has 33 plugins installed. Plus 197 system plugins. The LOG file states that the hipchat plugin could not be loaded. That#s OK, because it was disabled (we don't use HipChat).

Another ERROR with c.a.j.cache.SoyCacheWarmer ("while compiling soy template") happened. Here is an excerpt:

Actually here is *NO* excerpt since this excerpt is interpreted as malformed HTML and cannot be sent. So it's probably PIC5.PNGPIC4.PNGPIC3.PNGPIC2.PNGPIC1.PNG"Good Bye!" to JIRA 7.10 …
