Dear Support,

 

We have the following problems using the JIRA system, We need your help now, thanks!

 

Symptoms : After reboot,Unable to create issues due to unsupported content in Jira. We have tried to use user rights and administrator rights, but there are error messages as shown in the figure.

As @Sayed Bares _ServiceRocket_ mentioned it could be due to workflow configurations.

@Jane welcome to the community!

Do you have any validator or post-function in your "Create" transition?

If you check your application logs does it give you more information on what is causing the error?
