After migrating to Jira Cloud, the Label field only appears in the Old View

The Label field is selected, but it does not appear in Issue Types using the new Cloud view.  We have to choose the Old View to see this field.  Is there a way we can turn this on as the default?

No, it is not possible to set the old view as the default in Jira Cloud.

The problem that is preventing the display of the Labels field needs to be diagnosed.

Can you provide screen images?

Is this for issues in a Software project? And is it a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
