Affects version - can´t multiselect

This is a team-managed project and I am trying to change the affects version field to be multiselect as Fix version field but so far no luck. Any tips?

Did you manually add that custom field, as this suggestion/defect shows Affects Version as not yet supported for team-managed projects?

Or...did you mean that multi-select custom fields are not available for team-managed projects?  That is requested by this other suggestion:
