A novice user here.
I am trying to get the following scenario to work but I can't find the correct way:
1. In the issue form there is a dropdown field that has a few personnel position options and a costume option as well.
2. Once the customer chooses one option, the following checkbox field is being automatically filled with the fitting boxes checked (and maybe greys out).
3. once the customer chooses the "costume" option in the dropdown field, the checkbox field appears editable for free use.
4. Later there will be automation to assign the correct people for each checked box.
