Could you please help to understand

If I understand correctly, you have replaced the old version of advanced search with a new one - now I have to build queries, but in the old version, I was able to use the multiple dropdowns for each field with checkboxes (old version is much more convenient)

Is this possible somehow to use the old version, instead of building queries - I want to use the multiple dropdowns for the advanced search, I do not want to build awful queries

User story: I need to find all the tasks, issues, bugs, assigned on some user(s), in some certain status(es)

Hello,

It was always necessary to build JQL queries in the Advanced mode.

You need to go to the Basic mode to build queries as a constructor.
