Hi there,
We have created a hierarchy with Initiatives being the topmost, EPICs under them and stories beneath them.
I would like to know whether there is a way we can get a management summary listing just a few details eg: Initiative/Issue, Due date, RAG status (custom field) etc "without bringing up the details of the levels below" which would make Executive level summary easier
Hi @[deleted]
One alternative you can give a try is the integration between Better PDF Exporter and Advanced Roadmaps on Cloud.
You will be able to define what level of issues you want to export together with what custom fields.
You can browse some export examples and watch a tutorial video on how you can export a roadmap to a nicely formatted PDF document.(Please note that Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
Will check this option and see how that goes.

Sure. You could create a dashboard which might be the best solution for the execs if they have access to Jira. Otherwise just create a JQL filter and use it to export to excel/sheets.

Hey Jack, I tried creating a dashboard however, noticed that the due date is not appearing for all initiatives; Its appearing only where its manually entered but not for the Initiatives which have due dates that roll up from the EPICs beneath. Any thoughts on how this could be resolved?

I actually do not currently use Initiatives and roadmaps so unsure. I do find it odd that if an initiative has a due date and it isn’t displaying. Can you try a JQL query and see if the date is shown?
