Hello, I am trying to bulk move issues. When I try to click the three dots operations menu button in the top right of the Advanced issue search page, I get an error that says:
The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.
This has been happening for multiple days. I am just using the normal cloud hosted service.
Are you having other issues or just when you try to access advanced issue search? I have seen connection issues occur from time to time though it is rare and generally doesn't last more than a couple of minutes. You could try a different browser here but I don't think that's it. If this indeed continues and is seen by other users then certainly open a ticket with Atlassian support. I'm guessing you have a strong connection to the Internet?
Currently only having issues with advanced issue search. My internet is good and I don't have this same issue with Jira for a different company from the same computer.
