Advanced Roadmaps on Data Center - get creation date and creator of plan

For Jira Software DC v9.4.4 how does one find the date an Advanced Roadmap Plan was created and which user created it?

(Under the identity I use here I only have Cloud products, so I was not able to specify Data Center as the Deployment type.)
