Advanced Roadmaps menu in Jira Premium (Cloud) not showing "create"

Hi,
the "Plans" menu in Jira Premium (cloud) is neither showing my already created roadmaps nor the "Create" option itself. It's only showing "Settings".
Any ideas? Thanks in advance
