Is it possible to setup a seperate instance of JIRA from premium licensing (advanced roadmapping) and link back to a seperate instance given we will only have a small number of users utilizing the roadmapping function?
You can’t link the two instances. At least not OOTB. There are addons like Backbone that you could look at to see if it meets you pr “linking” requirements.
