I am trying to create capacity planning for my one team. We have created 3 distinct projects that they are all working on (Scrum). I have pulled these 3 into an advanced roadmap to get cross-project view.
It seems you cannot associate a shared team across the 3 projects but only 1 project (issue board).
Is this true? If yes, then how does that allow for cross-project capacity planning?
If not true, don't I need to have the shared team associated to all issue boards (1 for each project)?
Hi SDebaun,
I am interested to know a bit more about your projects and the team setup. Does your team use sprints for planning? if yes, in which project those sprints are created?
One way to handle such cases is to create a cross-project board in one of the projects and includes all the team tickets from the 3 projects. Then create the team sprints in the cross-project board. With that, you can use the board in your Advanced Roadmaps plan as the only issue source and assign the team to it.
I hope it helps.
Regards,
Sara
