Aduit Logs per Project with Spira Integration

Our team is currently using the Spiratest sync with our Jira project and I was hoping to pull an audit log that was specific to that project (different than the system audit log). If this is not possible, is it possible to pull an audit log that would include sync information from/with Spiratest?
