Administrator role in projects but cannot change reporter name or even add watchers.

I have administrator role in projects but cannot change reporter name or even add watchers. While members are able to do it.

Other project managers have the same access rights as me and it works for the to add watchers or change reporter. Although some rights are working, i am able to add members to the project.

You should check the Permissions under project settings to asses your exact permissions.
