Administration Apps Connectors unable to access

Good morning,

maybe a short question. I cant access the connectors section under administration -> apps -> connectors. Is there a special right?

Our main-admin can access it, but he said we've similar rights. Any hints? Maybe there is one missing.

Can you please check this once 

access to the "Connectors" section under Administration -> Apps -> Connectors typically requires specific permissions. Usually, these permissions are tied to the "Jira Administrators" global permission, but sometimes additional project or app-specific permissions might be involved.

Since your main admin can access it but you cannot, it is likely that your user account lacks the necessary global administrator permission or a specific app permission.

thanks for your Answer, is there something special the other admin can watch out? only connectors and app access settings are problematic. Else i'll asked the other admin to search and look around.

Ask your Jira admin to check if your account has the "Jira Administrators" global permission. Only users with this permission can access the full admin sections, including connectors.

I asked the other admin, and he cant find any explicit permission to set, he said he added me to all admin stuff ... what and where should we look exactly?
