Additional Tickets do not consistently load on the Board view when using Firefox.

After the recent visual update have more tickets in the ToDo column than will initially load.

On chrome when scrolling to the bottom of the To Do column, it will then show the spinning wheel and then load more tickets. 

This is not happening consistently in Firefox as scrolling down just acts as if there are no additional tickets.

I m assuming that this is a bug in Jira and now something I need to turn on?

This does sound like a regression rather than a configuration issue, especially since the same board loads correctly in Chrome.

A few things you could check before raising a bug report:
- Test Firefox in a private window with all extensions disabled to rule out an add-on conflict.
- Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) and clear the browser cache.
- Verify whether the issue occurs on multiple Jira boards or only this specific one.
- Open Firefox Developer Tools (F12) and check the Console/Network tabs while scrolling to see if any JavaScript errors or failed requests appear.

If Chrome consistently loads the additional issues while Firefox does not, and this only started after the recent UI update, it's very likely a Firefox-specific compatibility bug. I'd recommend reporting it to Atlassian along with your Firefox version, Jira Cloud/Server version, and any console errors you capture, as that will help the development team reproduce the issue.

It is looking like now like it is an extension issue.

Browsers are tricky. I've seen before how updates from Chrome or Firefox have broken some functions in the Jira Stack. It's very important to report these things to Atlassian.
