Adding users to our domain

Hi all, 

 

I've had the issue lately where any of our Jira Software users can add other people to join which then creates an account for them in which we are charged for the license. How can I lock this down so that only an administrator can grant access to someone new?

Hi @Gretchen Clarkson , thanks for your question.

If you are an org admin, please go, or get someone who is to go, to admin.atlassian.com

Then, in the top menu, choose Product, then, on the left, User Access Settings.

It sounds like you have the User Invites set to 'invite anyone', where you change this so that admin approval is needed or switch off this possibility entirely if you wish -
