Adding user to Jira

I want to add a user to my organization, but it says I don't have the necessary access to add them to the team.

The most important thing here is understanding that standard users can't invite other users. That's why companies usually have someone in charge of Atlassian who can help onboard new users.

Please check whether you have the admin access or not. If not please connect to the Jira Admin from your team and ask them to add the user.
