I have set up my tasks and have tried adding two team members. Though I have added them multiple times with their correct email addresses, they have not received invitations to join. The email is not in their spam folder. Any suggestions?
I took a closer look at your site, however I am not able to locate any existing or invited users that haven't received mail from us recently. Could you please provide the specific email addresses of the invited users? With that information I can investigate this further. I can also edit your post to remove these from Community after the fact.

Sure thing! Each time I invite them, it says they were successfully invited, but upon checking with the team members, they've received no emails. Here are the emails:

I can see that both of these users are receiving email from your Jira Cloud site. There are no bounced or delayed messages coming from the destination SMTP server as can sometimes happen. Are you sure these are the correct addresses of these end users? Because from what I can see these users have both received and opened messages from your site.
I would suggest trying to resend the invitation to these users. You can follow steps in https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/invite-a-user/ there should be an option within the admin site in order to resend the invitation to these users. Perhaps that way they can both click the link within that email in order to make sure they have setup an Atlassian Account as well. That way they could then also view your site.

I think I've resent to them almost 10 times. I'll ask them to run a search.
