Hello,
I am trying to add a shared mailbox (MS Exchange) as a mail server to Jira so that I can create an issue when any user sends an email to it. Now I have full access to the shared mailbox for my corporate email account.
Is there a working method that describes how to add this mailbox to Jira? I have read a lot of articles, but I don't see any successful methods.
Shared mailbox: shared_email@mycompany.com
My email: shamanth@mycompany.com
