In my automation rule, after activating the trigger (adding label to an epic), it adds to the epic a list of tasks.

Since I need to change and edit the sequence of the task's list quite frequently, I would like the name of the task to appear in the sidebar display.
This will enable me to add a new action at a certain point without opening any action to to view it's summary (=issue name).
What will be the best way to do that?image.png

Hello @Michelle Cohen

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Do you mean that in each "Create Issue" action shown in the rule flow on the left you want to see the value for the Summary field as shown in the action details from the right?

If so, there is no option available to do that. We have no options to add more information to the action displays in the rule flow display on the left.

You could, however, add another action to the flow. You could add a Log action before each Create Issue action, and in the Log action you can add text to tell you what issue is being created next.

The Log action will write the same information into the Audit Log for the rule execution.
