Having issue adding a mail server in Jira
I was able to configure OAuth with Azure AD and when doing Authorize in Incoming mail server screen it works fine. But when I click test connection I keep getting below error.
Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:
- AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE failed.
I am kind of struck as I dont find any leads on the errors to find what's going wrong.
