I want to add a transition, so I go into Project settings->Workflows.

Press the pencil in actions, and then immediately it goes into Draft mode (the workflow)

I then try to add a transition and it says that I cannot do this on a Draft workflow.

So how do I edit without going into draft?

Hi @Jarl Bygsys,

I think this KB article describes exactly what you are experiencing:

Hope this helps

HI @Jarl Bygsys

Adding to the @Ollie Guan comment Just make sure you should not edit the default workflow ..better to create/copy the same one and do the changes as you want then add the transition screen to workflow transition.

Once done the required changes then you need to associate it with the project.

Please have a look at the below KB.

Hi @Jarl Bygsys,

Are you trying to modify the system default workflow?Pls try to clone an identical workflow and make changes on this new one. Can it take effect?
