Dear Team, 

I have been trying to add a member of our team to our Jira account, however, he is not getting the invitation email and activating his profile. 

I tried several times to resend the invitation and also removed /add again. Could you please advise how I could add him to our team on Jira?

I did a lookup on your domain and found only a single entry for your domain in our email suppression list.

I have removed this entry from our suppression system just now.

Try to resend the invite now.

Hi Rusen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It might be that the user's email address has been blacklisted for some reason. You will need to check with support about that. But since you are on the Free plan, you won't be able to do that directly. I will see if someone from Atlassian can come help you.
