Adding Users to JIRA Service Desk

Hi!

I have a project https://norm-pitstop.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

I want to add new user but have a problem with email: i need to add people which have email *pit-stop.by, but i want to add user with another email. How can i do it?

I saw that you were able to solve the issue by accessing with another account that has permissions to add new users.
