Hi @Esra Gövez are you on Server/DC or Cloud? If your instance runs on Cloud, are you talking about Company managed or Team managed project?
I am not sure but I think team managed Projects. And when I checked, I am admin one of the projects but I am not able to use project settings because they are visible. But for the project that I need is I was not admin.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
It depends on the type of project : CMP or TMP.
CMP - ensure the user is added to a role that is currently defined with Browse and other permissions- project settings > permissions
TMP - go to project settings > Access and add the user as a Member

I see "Editing restricted" fro project settings. And I could not see other permissions tab
