Adding Approval Workflowmin Confiforms

I am trying to setup a Confiform with a simple draft/approval workflow. Is this even possible? Not sure if it is some type of combination of using Confiform and Comala or if it all can be done via Confiform macros. Any help/suggestions would be great.

What do you plan to "approve"? i mean what is the "approval object"?

Hi. The form will be used to approve the transition of work from one team to another. High level it will contain the name of the process, current owner, future owner, attached user guide/process manual, training materials, and date of transition. The receiving team will be responsible for approving the form to confirm that the process is ready to be handed off.
