@nirit sade, have you checked the Atlassian Market place for QA addon. There are a number listed a couple free.
On your import question there are details in the documentation and also quite a number of threads in the community that discuss this. Basically you use the import function and a CSV File that has been created by exporting from bugzilla. The import function simply maps the fields you want. I typically export bugzilla, open in excel and clean it up so that it imports cleanly. Then I import a sample (1-2 lines) until the import works the way I want before importing all.
