Add users

Dear colleagues, I can't add some of my colleagues as user despite they have an internal account in the company.

How can I solve this problem.

Hi @Eric PAGE and welcome to the community!

First of all you have to see if you have any available jira license. If yes, then you have to grant the application access (give them a license). And then you have to give them a project role on the project you want to add them.

Thanks a lot for your post. Licenses are OK. The users need to logg at leat once and then they become visible by the Projet leader to be added on the user list.
