Hello,
I have done my research online about how to add an user to multiple tickets at once, but had no luck, please advise if you have any idea.
We have been using a project which serves as a support channel for employees who have inquires. Everyone can create tickets, where only the support team and the creators have access (and viewers if they were added).
The issue we have right now is, we want to add a new member of support team to multiple existing tickets, and we do not know if there is a bulk change option.
Please note that, unfortunately, we didn't set up all members from support team as a group assigned to tickets; instead, the system grabbed individual member A,B,C etc from the team and assigned.
Thank you
Hello @Srain Zhou
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
To what field specifically do you want to add the users?
The Assignee field can have only one user in it at a time.
There are the Watchers field, and in Service Management Projects, the Participants field that each allow multiple users to be added.
Bulk editing of Watchers and Participants is not supported through the native Bulk Change action in that you can't use it to add other users to those fields.
An individual can use the Bulk Change action to add themselves as a Watcher to multiple issues at once.
You could look at using an Automation rule to add more users to those fields.
