Add reporter field to Create Issue Screen in Scrum project

Title is pretty descriptive.

I am able to add Approvers, etc. but "Reporter" never shows up on the create issue screen. It's in the list of fields in the field configuration for the default screen, but its not there. I've tried removing then re-adding it, but no go.

Is there some underlying Jira rule that Reporter never shows up on the create issue screen for Scrum (company managed) projects? I know there is something similar for Epic Link in Team managed projects, so I figured I'd ask!

TLDR: "Reporter" is properly added to the field configuration for the create issue screen in a scrum project, but never shows up.

I see the Reporter field on my Company Managed Software project Create Issue screen. The field is in the Field Configuration and in the Screen definition, and the Modify Reporter permission is granted.

Has the Modify Reporter permission been granted in the Permission Scheme for the project?
