Add organizations to ticket automatically

Hello,

is there a way to set up a project, so that whenever a new issue/ticket is made, a certain organisation from the customers is added to that issue?

Currently the organisation has to be added manually in each issue, so it would be great if there is a possibility ;)

This seems to be an impossible task..
