Add new product type

Can I add new produt type? It seems that I have 3 types (JIRA SOFTWARE, JIRA WORK MANAGEMENT, SERVICE MANAGEMENT)

The problem is that I have all projects in product type JIRA SOFTWARE and if I want use automation only for chosed projects in JIRA SOFTWARE - the rule can´ t do that, only if I use multiple project for manually choosing (and whats happend if I add new project and I forget add it also in rule? So unfortunate :-(

So, if I assign another type of product for chosed project  I can use the automatic rule for concrete projects and also automaticly will add to rule also new project ..

Please can someone help?

Hi Vendula,

No you can't add new product types. You will need to add each project and try to remember to update the rule.
