What type of project are you using? You can look in the bottom left corner and it will tell you if it's a company or team managed project. Is it software or business project? Now as to your question there are ways of creating filters, but that isn't going to present a drop-down of options. With that said, understanding, more details of what you really are looking for, might lead to a more favorable answer.
