Add issue/task over e-mail on Software or Business project

Hi!

I Try to move my things to Jira and I like in Business project List, Board Calendar or Software Project Board and Roadmap. Very simple and easy to use and move my tasks. 

But I want to see the option like in Service project - send task/issue over the e-mail. 

Can I combine this two things ?

For example: When I get some task or "thing" over my e-mail, then I can send this directly to my Jira project and after my other things tone I can go to my Jira and see that I have some task to-do. 
It is often the case that I see an email and keep working on my ongoing things and so I forget the task that came with the email, even I mark this unread.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

On Jira Cloud, it’s possible to configure an incoming email to create and add comments to tickets and it works with Business and Software projects.

Only Jira Service Management projects have their own mail handler on each project, but it’s also possible to create tickets via email on other projects.
