I'd like to create a custom issue action (like Comments, Work Log, History,...) to introduce categorized comments.
I know it's possible to manage comments visibility, but I'd like to maintain separated comment tabs according to the kind on information.
e.g.:
Default comments tab for key users anotations
IT comments tab for technical comments or notes.
Code comments tab for code tags, branch info, etc.
Is it possible?

It is not possible out of the box.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
