Add close (×) button to flag toast notification in Jira

When adding or removing a flag on a Jira issue, a toast notification appears at the bottom-left of the screen.
Unlike other toast notifications in Jira, this one does not have a close (×) button, so users cannot dismiss it manually and must wait for it to disappear automatically.

Request:
Please add a close (×) button to the flag toast notification, consistent with other toast notifications in Jira.

Why it matters:
The notification is distracting during active work, and the inconsistency with other toasts is confusing.
