We would like to add an additional JIRA instance to our currently billing. The additional instance is needed becuase we have mutiple customers who would like integration with zendesk and that is not permitted under one instance.
1) how would we go about adding the additional JIRA instance?
2) How can we get the charges for the additional instance added to our current billing and or is that even possible
3) We currently have ticket in our current JIRA instance that will need to move to the new instance. Can this be done without 1. retyping all of them and 2. without purchaseing something like Backbone to integrate between instances. I am/will the admin for both instances.

You can always import a single project from backup. Check the atlassian documentation on the subject
